- Swimming and walking are ideal for pregnant woman
- Go to exercise classes but make sure that the instructor
is qualified to train the pregnant women
- Try to exercise three times a week as long as you feel
comfortable
- Drink plenty of water and avoid exercising in hot
weather and high humidity
- Stop exercising if you feel discomfort, nausea or
vomiting
- Consult your attending physician for proper fitness
