The department comprises specialist divisions for General
and Laparoscopic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Bariatric Surgery,
Plastic Surgery and Paediatric Surgery staffed by specialist
surgeons and surgical staff in the respective disciplines. The
General Surgery Department offers a full range of complex
procedures including general and oncologic surgery, colorectal
surgery, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, breast surgery,
head and neck surgery, orthopaedic surgery, ophthalmic surgery,
otolaryngology surgery and gynaecology surgery. A full range of
endoscopic, laparoscopic-diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
is also offered including advanced laparoscopic surgery and
other laparoscopic procedures such as cholecystectomy,
fundoplication of hiatal hernia, colectomy, appendectomy,
splenectomy, inguinal hernias repair, incisional and ventral
hernia repair. We strive to provide the most innovative and
outstanding care for our patients during the pre-operation
evaluation, in-patient consultations and outpatient follow-up. |
